A Year We Will Never Forget

Wow. There’s no denying it, 2020 was not an easy year. It was a year where we faced a fresh challenge every single day. We learned how to work remotely, to juggle work and personal life, often at the same time. We learned to completely reinvent almost every aspect of our lives.

We transformed our living rooms into an office, a gym, a school, a cinema. We learned to squeeze more than ever before from our creativity. We harnessed our ingenuity and found new ways to have fun, to inspire ourselves and those around us. We found new ways to love all the pieces in our wardrobes, to use them to keep us comfy and professional and welcome each moment with joy and warmth.

We learned so much over the last 12 months. We learned lessons we’ll never forget and above all, we overcame every challenge as a team. But, above all, we stayed by the side of thousands of amazing women throughout Europe. And that, has always been our objective.

We see Lookiero as so much more than a Personal Shopper service. Our friend XXX always says: “Behind every woman, there’s always a great story” and in this exceptional year, we’ve loved meeting every one of them, hearing their story and being with them on their journey to light up their days through the gift of style.

Here are our 2020 highlights.


We set ourselves a new purpose. To know you even better, to listen even more, this is why we launched new channels like APS (Ask Personal Shopper). This gives all our customers the chance to ask style questions, so we can read and respond to each one. Because this is how we grow strong relationships.


We said Happy Fourth Birthday to Lookiero


During the lockdown months, we saw it was our mission to be more than a style companion. They were difficult months and we wanted to be by your side.

We launched Styling Hour. These live sessions saw a Personal Shopper discussing fashion and style with our customers. Another way to keep inspiring you from home.


Lookiero, traversed Europe through our Personal Shoppers in Italy, France and Spain. They showed us places and typical food dishes from each country to make us feel more like guests in their countries.


We hit the fantastic achievement of 2 million registered users, becoming a big family that grows every single day.


We shot our very first TV ad. Another great milestone for helping us to introduce even more women to Lookiero.


After months of work, we were super excited to present the new-look Lookiero, continuing our own style journey. Another significant step in our journey to offer an experience that’s more personalised and more customer focused.


#KeepClose. We talked about the huge importance of self-examination for early detection of breast cancer. We hosted a live chat with oncologists in France and Spain who answered our questions and helped us look out for one another and stay vigilant in the battle against breast cancer.


This Christmas is going to be a Christmas like no other. But we’ll offer content and style tips, to teach and inspire. Also, we’ll be have a review of 2020. So we want to use our channels to find out what you thought of Lookiero’s 2020 and tell us all about yours. We can’t wait to hear from you.
