When you think about Lookiero the first thing that comes to mind is probably our boxes, the clothes or the name of your Personal Shopper. But, even though the Personal Shoppers are a huge part of Lookiero, there are many more departments that come into play when putting together the perfect Lookiero experience.
At Lookiero most of these departments are made up by women and all of them are women full of POWER. Today we want to shed light on some of them and bring you closer to the people behind every box.
LAURA
Laura is an area manager at the Lookiero warehouse, as well as one of the first people to join this great team. She definitely reached her daily 10.000 step count and can assemble a Lookiero box in record time.
How is your day to day at Lookiero?
“The Lookiero warehouse is one of the busiest areas in the company, there is always so much to do. Each day is different from the last: arrivals, meetings, training… and endless amounts of activity.”
How would you describe your experience working at Lookiero?
“A massive learning experience. I started when there were only two of us at the warehouse, and seeing how much we have grown and developed is surreal. I’ve been lucky enough to be involved from the very beginning and have been part of the evolution.”
What do you like the most about working at Lookiero?
“The growth and learning opportunities. Our fast growth has meant a lot of challenges, especially at the warehouse, but these challenges have been the best learning experiences.”

- I’m a runner and sometimes I run home from work
- I’m an animal and nature lover.
- I meet up every week with my friends and love to get dressed up for it.
- My dream is to be able to explore the world in my mobile home.
- I don’t like to cook but I’m pretty good at baking.
GRACE
Grace is part of the Personal Shoppers team at Lookiero and is also part of the content team generating all the content that you see on our social media.
How is your day to day at Lookiero?
“It's super dynamic and requires a lot of organisation, in my case, a regular day starts off with putting together my client's selections. Once I’ve finished those I usually meet up with my team to come up with a plan for the next week. We take advantage of these meetings to pitch new ideas and talk about how we can improve.
I’m also part of the marketing team, this means that every day I put together different looks for shooting to create content for our social media.
How would you describe your experience working at Lookiero?
“Without a doubt, it's intense but satisfying. The rhythm is unstoppable and there’s always changes and developments. A year at Lookiero is equivalent to 5 in any other company. The ability to adapt and evolve is fundamental. If I look back and think about my first day, I still can’t believe everything that has happened to me on a professional level. I’ve had the opportunity to grow, share my knowledge and fashion experience in different projects and departments, which is a complete honour.”
What do you like most about working at Lookiero?
“Most of all, I like how fast paced it is. No client is the same and this means that no day is the same either. Being a Personal Shopper is a tough and gratifying job all at the same time. We have the opportunity to create incredible bonds with our clients and feel that thanks to us, once a month they have a little surprise just for them. On the flip side, you also have to develop a thick skin and be able to accept criticism when we offer something that’s not completely right for them.
Second of all, the environment in super enriching. We are a company full of young people, full of talent and entrepreneurial spirit. Working with people that you can connect with and enjoy spending time with is the best part.
5 fun facts about yourself
- I talk with my hands almost as much as with my mouth
- I can’t create a playlist without “Skinny Love” by Bon Iver and any song by Mumford and Sons.
- My favourite movie of all time is Cinema Paradiso.
- I always wear the same 6 rings. I don’t take them off even when I go to sleep.
- I know every word in The Goonies by heart.
