In this situation, the most important thing is to rely on family, friends or your partner to receive the necessary comfort and help.

Do not forget to take care of yourself. Take at least 10 minutes a day to pamper yourself and tend to your personal, emotional and physical needs. Put makeup on and make yourself feel beautiful.

If you breastfeed your baby, you will have to buy nursing bras. They are practical and today there are very good options out there to breastfeed anywhere.

«If you are energized and feel good, take advantage. I remember saying I would go out after giving birth. Then you give birth and all the time you thought you were going to have, well… you don’t have it …».
Camilla, PS UK

“I could not wear tight clothes with the belly. So I threw on a wide short dress and leggings and oversized shirts (most from my husband). I am a pro-bikini, the one piece swimsuit added volume and made look older”.
