How does Lookiero work?

Lookiero offers you the most comfortable and personalised method of buying clothes without even leaving your house.

  • 1. Fill in your style profile with information about your size, tastes and preferences. It’ll only take you 5 minutes and will allow your Personal Shopper to choose the items that suit you best.
  • 2. Order your Lookiero. After filling in the quiz and signing up on the web, click on "Order my Lookiero now" and enter the delivery and payment details. Once the order is confirmed, you'll be charged a £10 Personal Shopper service fee. That £10 will be credited toward any items you purchase. Remember that the styling service will be free in your first Lookiero redeeming the promotional code MYLOOKIERO.
  • 3. On the date selected in the calendar you’ll receive five items especially selected by your personal shopper.
  • 4. You’ll have 5 days to choose what you love and return the rest. After trying everything on, check out by logging into your Lookiero account and indicate what items you’re keeping and which ones you’re returning. If you were charged the £10 Personal Shopper fee, that will be applied as a credit toward any items you purchase. If you buy all five items, we’ll give you 25% off the entire purchase. It’s very important that you add information about the reasons for returning them as that will allow us to learn more about your tastes and thus be able to advise you better in your next Lookiero.
  • 5. In the box with your order you’ll find a bag with a prepaid return label in which you can package the items you wish to return. After checking out, follow the on-screen instructions to manage the return with the carrier. You'll also receive these instructions by email. All this without any delivery or return expenses!

How much does the Personal Shopper service cost?

When you order your Lookiero, you're assigned a Personal Shopper who thoroughly analyses your style profile, selects the items that best suit you and writes you a note with tips. He/she will also prepare a style card for each item with two different looks. On confirming your order, you'll be charged £10 for this service. However, if you keep at least one item from your Lookiero, the Personal Shopper service will be FREE, as the £10 will be deducted from the total of your purchase.

What's more, if you keep the 5 items of your Lookiero, you'll get 25% off the entire purchase.

All this without any delivery or return expenses!

What kind of items will I get?

Each Lookiero consists of 5 items or accessories: dresses, shirts, skirts, trousers, jackets, scarves, bags, etc.

If you don’t want to receive a specific item, mark it as "item to avoid" in your style profile. You can also mark the price range you feel comfortable with.

What brands does Lookiero work with?

We work with more than 150 European brands.

Some examples of the brands we work with are VILA, ICHI, CKS, FREEQUENT, MOSS CPH, SH, NÚMPH, DR DENIM, B.YOUNG, etc. An important part of the Lookiero experience is to discover new brands that will surprise you and make you want to have them in your wardrobe.

How much do the items cost?

The average price of our items is around £45. However, we work with a wide range of prices. When you fill in your style profile, you can tell us what price range you're most comfortable with and your Personal Shopper will take it into account when preparing your Lookiero. Remember you'll have 25% off if you keep the 5 items.

What sizes can Lookiero style?

Our current size range is 6 to 20. We continuously work with our suppliers to incorporate a greater range of sizes and thus be able to advise more women.

When will I get my Lookiero?

You will get your Lookiero on the date chosen in the calendar.

When your Lookiero is ready you'll receive an email from the carrier showing the delivery date.

Can I order specific items?

As Lookiero’s concept consists of a customised selection made by our personal shoppers for you, we cannot give you the option to choose specific items. However, when ordering your Lookiero, you can tell us what you're looking for and we'll do our best to send it to you.

On the other hand, if you've received an item in your Lookiero that you like but you want it in another size or colour, leave your comments in the checkout and if it's available in our store we'll send it to you in your next Lookiero.

Does Lookiero advise men, as well?

No, right now Lookiero only advises women.

How do deliveries work?

When ordering your Lookiero, select a convenient collection point or enter a delivery address.

When your Lookiero is ready, the delivery company will notify you of the estimated delivery date via email and the tracking details.

Can I choose to collect my parcel from a collection point?

Yes, you can. When ordering a new Lookiero, enter your postcode to view the nearest options and choose the most convenient for you. If you have scheduled shipments to a delivery address and want to change it to a pickup location, contact us.

How can I modify my delivery details?

Every time you order a new Lookiero, you can select a convenient collection point or enter a delivery address. If you want to select a collection point for the delivery, enter your postcode to view the nearest options and choose the most convenient for you.

If you've got scheduled shipments to a delivery address and want to change it to a collection point, contact us. You can change the delivery address by visiting "My address" section in "My Account". If your order has already entered the dispatch process, it might not be possible to apply the changes for that shipment.

We deliver all across mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

How do returns work?

The return process is very simple:

  1. Put the items you won't keep into the return bag you'll find in your Lookiero.
  2. Check out by logging into your Lookiero account and indicate what items you’re keeping and which ones you’re returning.
  3. After checking out, follow the on-screen instructions to manage the return with the carrier. You'll also receive these instructions by email.

In Lookiero returns are completely free!.

What happens if I keep all the items of my Lookiero?

If you keep all 5 items of your Lookiero, you'll get a 25% discount on the total of your purchase. Indicate it in the Checkout so that we can apply the 25% discount.

How do I check out?

You’ll see the access to your checkout on your Lookiero account once your shipment is delivered. In the Checkout you'll have the list of your 5 Lookiero items. Once you have tried them on, indicate which items you want to keep and which ones you want to return. When you complete the online checkout, you'll have the chance to leave feedback for your Personal Shopper about what worked and what didn't.

Can I change the size of an item?

Your Personal Shopper sends you the sizes that fit you best based on your answers in the style profile.

However, if you want, you can request another size in the comment field for your Personal Shopper and if the item is available in our store, you will receive it in your next Lookiero.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

At Lookiero we carefully check each delivery to ensure that the items we send are in perfect condition.

However, if you received a faulty item, please contact us indicating the problem and attaching a photo of the faulty item.

When will my credit card be charged?

  1. When ordering your Lookiero, a £10 fee for the Personal Shopper service will be charged on your card. That fee will be credited toward the total price of your purchase as long as you keep at least one item.
  2. At the time of doing the Checkout, the price of the items you are keeping will be charged.
    • o If you have paid £10 for the Personal Shopper service, they will be credited toward the total price.
    • o If you have balance in your Lookiero account, it'll be used to pay the items.
    • o If you keep all the clothes, you'll also get a 25% discount on the purchase.
    • o If you don't keep any, you'll only be charged the £10 fee for the Personal Shopper service.

If I do not keep any item, can I use the £10 for future purchases?

When you order your Lookiero, you're assigned a Personal Shopper who thoroughly analyses your style profile, selects the items that best suit you and writes you a note with tips. He/she will also prepare a style card for each item with two different looks. So the £10 fee for the Personal Shopper service can only be used for the specific Lookiero they have been paid for and cannot be accumulated for future shipments.

Do you accept debit cards? And American Express?

Yes, we accept credit, debit and American Express cards.

What happens if there is a problem with my card?

If there's a problem with your card, you'll receive an email notification that the payment couldn't be processed successfully. In that case, you can update the details visiting the Payment details section in My account. If you need help, contact us.

How can I change my bank card?

You can change your bank card visiting the Payment details section in My account.

Who are Lookiero’s personal shoppers?

A Personal Shopper of our team will study and analyse your tastes and needs to send you items and accessories selected especially for you.

In Lookiero we have a team of personal shoppers with a long career in the fashion and consulting world.

How do I communicate with my Personal Shopper?

Of course you can! You can change your stylist leaving a note in the comments section of your new Lookiero.

How do the automatic deliveries work?

Scheduling is a convenient way to receive a Lookiero regularly. When you sign up for automatic deliveries from My subscription in My Account, you can choose to receive an order every month or two months.

When submitting the first order, your account is set up to monthly deliveries by default. You can change the frequency of your subscription, the delivery date of your next Lookiero or skip a shipment from My subscription in My Account.

If you prefer to receive your Lookiero box whenever it’s convenient for you, you can submit your orders on demand instead by selecting the "On Demand" option.

Is it necessary to sign up for automatic deliveries?

No. If you don't want to sign up for automatic deliveries, you can submit your orders on demand instead by selecting the "ON DEMAND" option from My subscription section in My Account.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by visiting My subscription section in My Account: change the frequency (every month, two months or on demand), skip a delivery, or change the delivery date.

I've signed up for automatic deliveries every month/two months, but I want to change the day of the month in which my Lookiero arrives

You can change the frequency of your subscription or the delivery date of your next Lookiero in the "My account" section.

Remember! Even if you are subscribed to Lookiero, you can still order an "ON DEMAND" Lookiero whenever you wish.

How does the Referrals program work?

Lookiero wants to thank you for sharing the experience with your friends and that's why we reward you with £10 for each friend who receives a Lookiero using your unique code.

In addition, your friend will also benefit because she'll receive a 10% discount when she orders a Lookiero using your unique code:

  • 1. Access the Referrals section where you will find your unique code.
  • 2. Share your experience with your friends:
    • o The Facebook or Twitter buttons will allow you to share your unique code easily on social networks.

How do I use the Lookiero balance?

You can get Lookiero balance through the Referrals programme. You can see your accumulated balance in your private area on the top right corner next to your name.

We'll always use your Lookiero balance before making any payments with your card, both to pay for the consulting service and to pay for the items you want to buy.
