Last year they were all the rage, and today they’re still a must-have in our wardrobes. We’ve seen mid-length skirts all over the catwalks and the streets recently. And quite understandably, it’s one of the most comfortable and versatile garments you can get your hands on. Night or day, it gives you endless possibilities. Read on to learn more about three more ways to wear it.

Print midi skirt and white denim jacket

Try pairing up a white V-neck t-shirt with a print skirt. Here we tried stripes which are popular print every spring/summer season. If they’re vertical, even better to make you look longer and leaner. For this look we added a white denim jacket to make it casual and fresh. When the time to be out comes around, add a wicker bag to add a fresh, summery casual touch. As for the shoes, opt for moccasins in a vibrant color.

A little styling trick is to swap the wicker bag for an elegant handbag, and the moccasins for stilettos to create an evening ensemble. You will look super glamorous!

Floral midi skirt print for boho-romantic look

If you’re looking for a romantic look and you love to experiment with different ideas, try pairing up a skirt and blouse in the same print. The key is to use the same print in different colours, instead of doing the monochromatic look. The idea of this pairing is to play with contrasts while keeping it balanced.

This look works really well for rectangular body types as it enhances the waist. Try adding a belt to accentuate it even more. For a daytime look, wear it with flat strappy sandals. Swap them for mules for an evening appropriate attire. We suggest opting for shoes in black or in a neutral hue as print clashing is already enough of a statement. You don’t want to overdo it!

Flowy midi skirt in pastel colours for a classic and renewed look

If you love classic styles and like pairing up trendy cuts and colours, you’ll love this look idea. Wear a satin skirt, in a peachy-coral colour, with a white shirt in a soft fabric to create an elegant and sophisticated effect. To add extra colour and texture, top off the outfit with a light pink knit jumper; a great way to create a warm monochromatic look. If you wear it during the day, trainers are a great footwear choice.

For the evening swap your trainers for sandals (of the heel height of your choice) and replace the jumper with a blazer. Only two small changes for a completely different look.
